Dedicated Domains, 2 Mailboxes Each, Google + Microsoft Split

We register dedicated sending domains — separate from your main domain — and set up two mailboxes on each one: one on Google Workspace, one on Microsoft 365. That gives you provider diversity, spreads your daily sending limits across mailboxes, and means if Google flags one mailbox, Microsoft keeps delivering. Your primary domain never gets touched.

Why rotate? Because Google and Microsoft limit how many emails you can send per mailbox per day. Send too many from one and you get flagged. The sending system connects to all your mailboxes and automatically cycles through them — so each one only sends 25-30 emails. But with 50 domains and 2 mailboxes each, that is 100 mailboxes doing 25 emails = 2,500 emails per day. No single mailbox is overloaded. No flags. No spam folders. That is why this works.
